After noticing a musty smell coming from our heat vents, I found standing water and drain vent piping in my basement. I called Clearbrook and they came out the next day. The lead contractor Chris found a cracked joint on a water drain under my tub. Our house is very old and not easy to crawl under the carpenters fixed the leak and installed a temporary dehumidifier and installed a vapor barrier. The price was very reasonable on the crew was neat and cleaned up their mess and hold it away. They came back two more times to check the moisture levels and remove the temporary equipment and to be sure the issue was resolved I was very happy with the work! Will be referring!
